Easy Shakshuka
Easy to make shakshuka that tastes absolutely delicious, made in about 30 minutes!

- 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Onion Diced
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 28 oz can Whole or crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 dozen Eggs
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
- Salt
- Pepper
Dice up the red bell pepper and onion. Heat pan with oil and cook the onion and pepper over medium heat until translucent. Once veggies are cooked, add the garlic and spices. Stir for about a minute then add the canned tomatoes. If using whole tomatoes, then crush the tomatoes with a fork/spoon. Stir and let simmer for a few minutes. Make small holes in the sauce with a spoon and add an egg to each hole. Cover the pan and let the egg cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve with warm Naan bread or crusty whole wheat bread! Best served immediately after cooking.
