Healthy Cinnamon Roll Oat Bars

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bow and pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
To prepare the icing just mix the two together in a small bowl. Once the bars cool, drizzle the icing! Enjoy!
