Healthy Cinnamon Roll Oat Bars

A super quick meal prep for breakfast! Full of cinnamon flavor!

Equipment

  • 8x8 in pan

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt

Icing

  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bow and pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • To prepare the icing just mix the two together in a small bowl. Once the bars cool, drizzle the icing! Enjoy!
