KaleJunkie's Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup tahini (liquidy)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- sea salt to taste
Mix the almond flour, maple syrup, tahini, and chocolate chips in a bowl. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES.
After 30 minutes, preheat oven to 350 and mix in the egg and baking soda into the dough. Scoop dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-11 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt when cooled and enjoy!
