I’m a 33 year old, single, dietitian just trying to navigate a weird time in life. I’ve been through some challenging times physically, mentally, and emotionally in my 30’s and have found it hard to find someone to relate to. So, I’m here to help you eat healthier for your body and mind, while also hitting you with some real life advice.
