About Me

I'm Michelle! A Registered Dietitian with a masters in exercise & nutritional science. I am also a certified integrative and functional nutrition practitioner (IFNCP). When I'm not working, you can find me hiking new trails, tackling my TBR, and watching crumbl cookie youtube videos like my life depends on it.
