These are insanely good. They come out a little tough and dry at first, but just let them cool a bit and they set nice and moist and DELICIOUS.
A healthy alternative to your average blondie with a peanut butter kick. You can use any nut butter really when making these. I just like peanut butter and chocolate together like any sane human being.
Chickpea Peanut Butter Blondies

Ingredients
- 1- 15 oz Can Chickpeas
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Place all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and put into a greased 8×8 baking pan. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
