Let me start off by saying that this banana bread has a “buttery” flavor, which makes it SO delicious.
But I didn’t use ANY butter. That’s the beauty of this little gem.
I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. It’s super quick and easy when your bananas are going bad. Clearly we are avoiding the fruit during this quarantine.

Healthier Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
"Buttery" chocolate chip banana bread without the butter!

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 6oz Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 Ripe Bananas Mashed
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients up until the flower. Once wet ingredients are mixed, add the flower in increments with the baking powder and baking soda. Once all mixed, fold in as many chocolate chips as desired (save some for the top). Preheat oven to 350. Pour batter into a greased bread pan and sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
